Love India feels it has been truly blessed over the past year, to have been able to touch lives and change the futures of the children in their care. As well as some immediate needs, they also have long-term plans for the orphanage:

• LICT is currently launching a child sponsorship scheme, which will enable them to secure funds for the children on a long term basis.
• They currently rent the children’s home at a cost of £30 a month, and the money they had put aside for this has almost run out. The pastor and his wife strongly feel that the most beneficial long-term solution for the charity would be to purchase a property of their own; somewhere the children could truly call home.
• A large amount of money each month goes on buying fresh fruit and vegetables for the children. LICT hopes to be able to purchase land for farming in the near future, so they are able to become a little more self-sufficient.

Love India Charitable Trust is a small charity at the moment, helping a few children in a big way. Its ongoing pledge is to reach out to more children and help them have a more promising future.
